His pieces have an excellent design quality and are made of the best materials and techniques available in traditional furniture making. For him "each project should reflect the state of the art applied to new ideas". Ahead of his time, he was a pioneer in the search for new technical resources and also in the use and combinations of materials with originality and boldness. His creations ended up conquering the world, thus helping to give new meaning to the idea of Brazilian furniture.
