This stunning side table, designed by José Espinho and produced by Móveis Sousa Braga and Móveis Olaio in Portugal, is an exceptional example of 1970s Portuguese design. The "Model Export" was specifically created for the prestigious Estoril Sol Hotel, near Lisbon, during the 1970s, blending functionality with the elegance of modernist design.

The table's structure is crafted from a combination of mutenye and kiaat wood, showcasing the beautiful grain and warmth of these premium materials. The top features a unique Portuguese marble known as "Pedra-azul de Cascais", adding a touch of luxury and distinction to the piece. The marble retains its original condition, while the wood structure has been fully restored, ensuring the table is in very good condition overall.

With its sleek design and luxurious materials, this side table is not only a functional piece but also a statement of mid-century modern style. It would be a perfect addition to any living space, whether used as a side table, accent piece, or nightstand.

Two tables are available, and the price is for one piece. Don't miss this rare opportunity to own a beautifully restored piece of Portuguese design history from one of the most iconic hotel commissions of the 1970s.
